Junior-level membership is available at an annual fee of $5,000 and requires applicants to hold a bachelor’s degree in music composition from a reputable institution. Senior level membership, offered at $2,500 annually, requires a master’s degree and/or PhD in music composition. In addition, senior applicants must demonstrate substantial professional experience, including a minimum of 10 years in the field and a portfolio that includes scoring at least 20 films.
